Provide thought leadership to apply principles of accounting and finance to guide IT Leadership Team members as they embark on complex programs and initiatives
Provide proactive business partnering with IT Leadership Team; Manage financial analysis and decision support on accounting and finance matters, including complex business transactions
Identify opportunities to meet customer and business needs by clearly articulating path forward, even in highly ambiguous situations
Managing and developing a team of highly motivated IT Finance professionals
Leading IT Financial planning processes for budgeting, forecasting & reporting
Leading special requests, projects, and financial presentations for leadership.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
With 10+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 8+ years) plus 7+ years of managerial experience
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels.
Familiar with banking industry and products is a plus.
