Handle work orders such as network requests, firmware upgrades, and network changes.
Work with senior engineers to support network infrastructure.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
Write and maintain network documentation.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Language skills
Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers and third parties (France, Canada, India, Cambodia...).
Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Understanding of network layers and network protocols
Understanding of perimeter security
Familiar with Cisco technology
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Familiar with Enterprise System & Network Architecture
Eager to learn deep network design and architecture
Technical problem-solving skills.
