[Internship] Indirect Purchasing Intern

• Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department.

• Prepare data analysis for report

• Participate in external and internal negotiations along with Category Experts.

• Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (Request for quotations).

• Coordinate with associates from the plant to implement projects to generate savings

• Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation.

• Assist in daily functioning of the Indirect sourcing team.

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Foreign Trade/Logistics/Supply Chain, ... during internship period

• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage

• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English and work in a multinational environment

• Ability to understand purchasing activities

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently on projects

• Task management skills

• Proactive, friendly and enthusiastic

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
