Develop and implement design strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead the creation of user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business analysts, to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across the organization’s digital products.
Mentor and support digital product design team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Monitor and analyze user experience metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving efforts to optimize digital product designs
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital product design, applying relevant insights to inform the organization’s initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated passion for innovation and digital product design
Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
