Human Resources Director

Responsibilities:·

• Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in labor legislation, incorporating them into HR strategies and policies.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
• Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action.
• Lead the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in human resources management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant human resources laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
• The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
