Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of projects and programs for HR.
Ensure necessary dedicated support to each of the delivery teams.
Raise the overall performance of HR PMO
Work with senior-level executives and project managers across the enterprise to keep abreast of and monitor projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications, to identify opportunities to ensure successful and timely implementation/execution.
Ensure feedback is solicited, researched, prioritized, and actioned with clear and transparent communications.
Support the ongoing development and implementation of best practices within the PMO to achieve business goals and support the smooth running of projects undertaken by the team.
Develop and implement processes to monitor, set appropriate milestones, and track overall project performance.
Identify and present specific solutions to current project delivery challenges and the implementation plan to remedy existing challenges with detailed expected outcomes.
Responsible for change management planning and execution as required.
Collaborate with other departments to execute timelines to meet strategic goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree in HR, Business Administration, or related.
Excellent verbal / written communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
Knowledge of HR, preferably in a Strategic or Project-based role.
Ability to handle adversity and navigate ambiguous environments.
Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally and managing relationships in fast-paced environments.
