Collect, compile and analyse data in HRBP & TA areas
Apply all data to provide guidance and recommendations with proper and practical preliminary solutions to the team and related parties
Support on generating all assigned reports as well as analyse data related to HRBP & TA dashboard, business ad-hoc projects, sourcing and recruiting, retention, legal, compliance, etc.
Ensure new joiner onboarding data to be completed and aligned with HR standard and timeline
Support and involve HRBP & TA module in Workday system to ensure data governance, accuracy, completion and timeliness
Participate in related project design meetings and propose solutions if necessary
Manage and coordinate on project-related data analytics, business ad-hoc projects and HRBP & TA projects and campaigns as assigned i.e. turnover analysis, workforce planning, targeted talents initiatives, employer branding activities, campus partnership, scholarship, etc.
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelors' Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields
5+ years of experience working as HR Data Analytics or similar roles
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
Good in English
Experience in Workday system and Canva would be advantage
Good time-management, communication, and team player
Be able to work under time constraint and pressure
