Head, Secured Loan Collections

Key Responsibilities :

• To establish effective collection strategy and risk mitigation tools to control delinquency, NPL and credit cost to be in line with business plan
• Continuously explore ways to improve collection process and work flow to ensure collection effectiveness and optimum utilization of available resources
• Periodically review of collection strategy, tools and incentive target to be aligned with changing business environment and credit cost target
• Regularly review and monitor collection performances and productivity on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure all collection targets to be aligned with business plan and ensure corrective actions are made on timely basis
• Periodically review and modify mortgage debt relief program (MRP) to be fitted with changing of business environment, strategy and regulation
• Set proper KPIs with clearly communication to collection staffs and to monitor and track result of collection productivity to ensure their KPIs are fulfilled
• Support other units under CG and bank to develop, modify and change of any new product and process and to closely work with IT and relevant unit to enhance collection systems to be aligned with changing of regulatory and business environment
• Manage capacity plan to optimize recourse to support business expansion and collection strategy
• To collaborate with HR on staff recruitment, training and coaching plan and career development planning for talent staff
• Built up team work and team spirit as well as staff’s engagements
• Ensure collection staffs have fully complied with the bank’s policy, collection’s guideline and relevant regulations and laws

Job Specification :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, economic, accounting, finance and engineering or related fields
• Experiences in retail collection management and debt restructuring and risk management
• Having direct experience in managing collection team / recovery experience for secured loan and mortgage at least 10 years in management level
• Having collection driven, strong leadership and people management skill
• English skill in excellence level
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
