Partner closely with leadership across all functions - Product, Design, Data, and Business

Contribute to architectural designs which can improve the efficiency, flexibility, and reliability of services
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
12+ years of engineering experience in a medium-sized or larger tech company including 6+ years managing high performance teams
Demonstrated ability to hire and grow senior leaders and managers
Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline
Deep organization capabilities, especially in regards to influence, collaboration, and communication
Expertise and experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies
Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both languages
