Head of HR Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the deliberation and co-establishment of short and medium-term departmental strategies, initiatives and implementation which align with business directions, priorities and goals including ensuring effectiveness of HR program design and delivery.
• Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy.
• Provide consultant to management on human resource-related issues including formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives and drives the business performance of the organization.
• Provide guidance and collaborate with team in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, on boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science or related functions.
• Minimum 10 years in, human resource management, human resource development, and organization development, preferably in financial and banking sector.
• Analytical and goal-oriented skill and Experience in HR Business Partner is preferred Excellent Communication, Presentation skill are required Excellent people management skills.
• Open for only Thai Nationality who speak excellent English.
