Growth & Project Management Executive - Marketing, Shopee

• Analyze store performance across lifecycle, sales, inventory, and growth factors.

• Monitor key business metrics, identify performance levers, and recommend strategies to improve P&L outcomes.

• Drive product enhancement processes, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and feedback.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
