Group Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate group financial statements and manage reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights to senior management.
• Oversee the accounts department and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Manage external audits, tax planning, and financial risk management.
• Drive financial system improvements and process optimisation.
• Mentor and develop the accounts team to support company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Expertise in IFRS and multi-currency accounting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
