    Government Affairs Manager

    Position Details

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Support all the permit and licensing related to business :

    Registration & Licensing for sale

    Application for a food premises license

     Animal (Pet) Food Licensing

     Seed Licensing

     POS / DBD Register

     Residential leasing

     Warehousing contract Hub&DC

     Land & Building & Signage Tax

     Contract Renewal

     Others relates to business

    2. From application and during the operation (Coordinating, Preparing, Reviewing, Submitting)

    3. Track, maintain and process all required licensing and regulatory to ensure ongoing compliance with

    all regulatory requirements

    4. Support government authorities’ requirement during execution and operation for example reporting,

    fee payment, billing/ generation declaration, routine report, or any audits/ reports required

    5. Review applications for new licenses or renewals of existing licenses, making sure that all

    documentation is complete and accurate

    6. Support by tracking the government policy and legislation that relates the trading company

    7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulation, maintains all necessary record

    8. Monitor permit license operating process to ensure efficiency, quality of work and all permits will be

    done within timeline

    9. Coordinate with regulators and related party to ensure process continuity and completion, data

    accuracy and readiness.

    10. Cooperation between a ministry and agencies in the area of government

    11. Experience in Government Affairs and Regulatory Affairs

    12. Identify and analyze government issues to understand the regulatory environment and

    communicate priorities

    13. Determine where legislative and regulatory action is advisable or inevitable and make

    recommendations on the appropriate action

    14. Provide guidance and suggestion on the interpretation and application of permit license condition,

    related regulation and procedures to management, other functions, and subordinates

    15. Provide Data Monitoring related to business permit and license functions, if assigned

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Political science, Social science, or related fields
    • At least 3 years of experience in related operations or contact with external agencies including
    • government agencies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads and department leaders
    • Permit Government Affairs
    • Experience in permitting or government affairs coordination / administration would be advantaged.
    • Excellent organizational and project skills, with Leadership characteristics.
    • Presentation skills
    • Ability to handle complex situation and work under pressure
    • Reliable and scrupulous person.
    • Fluency in Thai both written, listening and speaking.
    • Own driving license and own vehicle will be a plus.
    • Ability to prioritized and manage multiple assigned tasks
