Front Office Supervisor - Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Take care of check-in/out procedures and escort guests to their rooms
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and ensure smooth operation at the front office
• Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to handle difficult situations independently
• Manage all reports related to room revenue and forecasting
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
• Possess a background in Comanche or relevant Hotel system
• Be flexible to work on rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of hotel systems and operations is a plus
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
