F&B Supervisor - PREGO

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Lead by example, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
• Motivate and inspire the team, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Possess a deep understanding of the menu, including preparation times, ingredients, and pairings.
• Recommend food & beverage options with confidence, maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues across departments, fostering a supportive environment for a truly exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel. (Preferably in a 5-star hotel).
