Responsibilities

• Drive Impact: Take ownership of a portfolio of 30-50 High Key Accounts and High Potential sellers within a subcategory, ensuring their growth aligns with the category's direction.
• Sales and Growth Management: Drive sales, order volume, and buyer growth for sellers in your portfolio by launching seller-specific initiatives, identifying and seizing opportunities to strengthen seller performance.
• Seller Engagement: Foster seller engagement on the platform by encouraging participation in campaigns, flash sales, assortment building, tool adoption, and deal hunting.
• Internal Community Management: Manage internal seller communities via Line groups, Facebook, or forums, ensuring consistent communication and high engagement levels within key channels.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, or Retail (Offline/Online).
