Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize the sourcing and procurement processes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks related to retail industry.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, ensuring optimal performance and cost savings.
Key Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields.
At least 1 year of exp. in a retail business, or other related fields.
Retail experience is preferred.
Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple demands to meet and exceed the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
Have knowledge skills in using SAP, MS Office, etc.,
