    Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist

    Position Details

    Employee Experience

    • Co-design and implement employee experience initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
    • Take the lead in executing company initiatives related to employee engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as HR, leadership teams, and vendors, to develop and deliver engaging employee experience campaigns and events.
    • Manage projects related to employee engagement, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall goals.
    • Monitor employee sentiment through surveys, focus groups, and other methods. Analyze results and recommend action plans to improve the work environment and promote company values.


    Qualifications

    • Possess a bachelor's degree in Corporate Culture, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Project Management, Marketing, or another relevant field.
    • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a plus.
    • Showcase creative thinking, with project management skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
