Qualifications:
Supervise daily e-commerce order processing, shipping, and returns across all online channels
Coordinate with warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL), and courier services
Monitor order status, troubleshoot delays, and resolve escalations quickly.
Monitor low stock alerts, and initiate stock transfers or reorders as needed.
Ensure SKUs, pricing, and promotional updates are correctly reflected across platforms
Review customer complaints and feedback
