Disclosure and Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Data collection & collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams within SCBX and all portfolio companies under SCBX Group to ensure accurate data collection and alignment with reporting standards and sustainability raters’ requirements, including but not limited to CDP, DJSI, MSCI, FSTE4Good etc.
• Report development: Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports in accordance with global standards (e.g., GRI, UNGC, TCFD) and local requirements (e.g. 56-1) to communicate the SCBX Group sustainability performance to stakeholders and boost up its position as a sustainability leader
• Sustainability culture & capability building: Build internal understanding and sustainability knowledge in alignment with the SCBX Group’s commitment, sustainability strategic direction by developing communication materials; i.e. including e-newsletters, digital board etc, to promote sustainability initiatives and share success stories across the organization.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate sustainability-focused events, for both internal and external (such as Earth Day celebrations, sustainability symposium) to raise internal awareness, promote participation.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3-5 years of experience in sustainability profession/ consulting or corporate communications and engaging with stakeholders on sustainability topics.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and various sustainability assessment agencies/indices. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English. Ability to write about complex subjects in a clear, concise, and creative manner
• Good knowledge in sustainability standards and broad knowledge of key sustainability topics and trends (e.g. sustainable finance, climate change, data and technology innovation)
• Skilled in moving from analysis to action development or performance improvement.
• Proven working experience in project management
• Creative thinker and problem-solver with a collaborative spirit and forward-thinking mindset to drive positive change
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
