CVCC Quản Lý Sản Phẩm (Product Owner) - Digital Banking -TA050

• Thực hiện Đề xuất, xây dựng các sản phẩm dịch vụ Onboaridng/ eKYC/Lending/ Saving/Card/Transaction…trên Hệ sinh thái và kênh Ngân hàng số của VPBank.

• Tổ chức xây dựng các hướng dẫn và ban hành Quy định, Quy trình, Hướng dẫn sử dụng về sản phẩm, dịch vụ mới về sản phẩm Onboaridng/ eKYC/Lending/ Saving/Card/Transaction;

• Đảm bảo xây dựng sản phẩm, dịch vụ tuân thủ pháp luật, các quy định của NHNN, các chính sách của VPBank về sản phẩm, tín dụng, quản trị rủi ro;

• Trực tiếp giải đáp các thắc mắc, hỗ trợ đội ngũ bán hàng trong quá trình kinh doanh, và đội ngũ vận hành trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ

• Đào tạo đội ngũ bán hàng và vận hành, trực tiếp giải đáp các thắc mắc, hỗ trợ đội ngũ bán hàng trong quá trình kinh doanh, và đội ngũ vận hành trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ.

• Thực hiện khảo sát và cập nhật báo cáo Benchmark về các tính năng của app so với các ngân hàng bạn.

• Các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp hoặc cấp trên.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Trình độ Học vấn

        Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or Marketing.

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan

       Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Understanding of the development and management of current account and debit card products.

• Knowledge of the market situation, products, and digital banking services in Vietnam.

• Understanding of product marketing activities and product go-to-market strategies.

3. Các Kỹ Năng/ Skills

• Management skills

• Decision-making skills

• Presentation skills

• Communication skills

• English language skills

• Strong skills in PowerPoint or graphic design software are an advantage.

4. Các Kinh nghiệm Liên quan/ Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years of working experience in retail banking or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of management experience in product development or marketing.
