Role & Responsibility

• Change Management Approach: Create a comprehensive change management approach and methodology tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with managers across the TOP Group to identify problem areas or improvement opportunities, and assist them in implementing effective change programs.
• Change Management Plans: Develop actionable and targeted change management plans/projects, including:
• Communication Plan
• Sponsor Roadmap
• Coaching Plan
• Training Plan
• Resistance Management Plan
• Research and Update: Research local and global trends in change management to continuously update and strengthen the TOP Group’s change management system.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes within the TOP Group to identify opportunities for improvement, aiming for increased efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness.
• Methodologies and Tools: Develop and maintain systematic approaches, methodologies, and tools that support analytical process design and process improvement consulting services across the TOP Group.

Education

• Business Administration: Specializations such as International Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• Industrial Engineering: Or other relevant engineering fields.

Experience

• Professional Background: 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, change management, and work process improvement.
