Controlling Manager - Sales (Derma)

Your Tasks

• Take role as sparring financial business partner for Derma Head of Sales and Head of Trade Marketing to proactively provide guidance and insights related to major financial issues that may impact the business performance in the future.
• Perform monthly Rolling Forecast Nart File analysis of Brand NS and gross margin and rolling Customer planning. (Drive results to achieve per target: Net Sale / Trade Term Spend/ promo intensity / Gross Margin)
• Conduct Analysis of YTD performance vs Forecast with insightful commentaries. Identify Risk and opportunities for Year-To-Go to ensure Business can land per expected.
• Conduct and steer eCommerce business performance and support Derma business to drive sales KPIs through analyses and recommendation to the business.
• Promo evaluation and driving promo efficiency to ensure GM delivered per target
• Monitor and steer monthly Sales – A&P budget monitoring
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly customer plan and budgeting process with Sales & Trade marketing team. Tracking actual performance versus budget.
• Lead discussion with sales & trade marketing to drive logical reliable forecasting numbers, key KPIs, including risk and opportunity.
• Conduct channel MSO (Weekly Sales Outlook) with BU head and Head of sales
• Provide monthly / quarter reporting respect to Sales KPI e.g. Trade Allowance tracking, Customer profitability
• Review and set up weekly Discount master data (work closely with DKSH)
• Execute monthly RCM control

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance related
• Working experience in Controlling, Financial Planning and analysis, auditing or other related fields 4-6 years
• High level of motivation and willingness to work cross functional
• Willingness to drive change throughout the organization
• Passion to drive the results
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with equally strong teamwork.
• Experience in using SAP and Power BI is a plus.
