About Lemon8

Lemon8 is a lifestyle content community featuring photos and videos of various categories such as beauty, fashion, food, travel, home, fitness, and pets. Our target users are people who enjoy exploring their interests by consuming informative and high-quality content. Lemon8 currently operates in Japan, the SEA region (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam), the UK and the US.

Responsibilities:

1. Play a creative role in campaign designing for vertical content categories and work with cross functions to push forward for execution.

2. Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the product's overall marketing and branding goals, including schedule and publishing social media posts by the content calendar and product's goal.

3. Monitor social media conversations, stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, respond to comments and messages promptly, and address any issues or concerns.

4. Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of community development efforts including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth.

5. Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing creators to drive the growth of key content categories and creator success.

6. Support UG, to review ads content to ensure it meets quality, relevance, and compliance standards.

7. Independently responsible for a medium-sized group of content creators/partners, developing strategies for growing and collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to highlight creators and support their initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from any major.

- At least 2 years of experience in a Content Creation or Editorial similar role.

- Deep understanding of the media landscape; passion and knowledge of pop culture and trends, and passion for Thai Entertainment culture.

- Able to establish contact, build up trust with creators, and provide complete support on platform training, creator engagement activities.

- Strong planning skills and learning ability, data-driven mindset with basic data analytical skills.

- Fluency in English (both verbal & written)
