KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.

•   Create engaging content across various formats: short-form videos, product photography, tutorials, testimonials, blog posts, captions, and graphics.

•   Manage content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

•   Collaborate with influencers, makeup artists, and internal teams to generate authentic, trend-aligned content.

•   Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy accordingly.

•   Stay updated on beauty industry trends, viral content formats, and emerging social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

•   Proven experience as a content creator or similar role in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

•   Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills

•   Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.).

•   Experience with social media management tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).

•  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
