Responsibilities:

ONLINE MEDIA CONTENT & SYSTEM

ㆍCreate new content articles for the company's online platforms(Facebook, Website, Line).

ㆍManage video content on TikTok and IG Reels, from planning to fiming stages.

ㆍWrite storyboards for video content. Brief the graphic design team for artwork creation and ensure accuracy before publishing,

ㆍPost articles and promotions on online platforms according to the content schedule (Business Suite, LineOA).

ㆍEnsure accurate linking of information within the system, such as Rich Menu and

Pin Location.

ㆍMaintain accuracy of existing artwork content and update new information on online

channels to enhance customer experience.

CELEBS KOL

ㆍCurate and select Celebrities and KOLs from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.

ㆍPrepare key communication messages and brief Celebrities/KOLs accordingly.

ㆍContact and schedule appointments with Celebrities/KOLs.

ㆍCoordinate with Area Managers to arrange product delivery for shooting purposes.

STOREFRONT

ㆍOversee the visual presentation of the storefront, including media placement, in collaboration with the graphic design team.

ㆍBrief the graphic designer/suppliers for artwork creation and ensure the accuracy of the final output.

COORDINATE

ㆍCollect branch-related data to build a foundation for marketing analysis.

ㆍCoordinate with relevant departments that work in collaboration with the marketing team.

FLOWACCOUNT EXPENSE APPROVAL REQUEST

ㆍCompile documents for executive approval.

ㆍSubmit marketing expense payment requests accurately through the FlowAccount system.
