Consumer and Market Insights Associate Manager

Job Description

Consumer and Market Insights Associate Manager will be responsible as the voice of consumers and market for Traveloka ecosystem. The person will be in charge of:

• Market, Consumer Behavior, and Competitive Analysis
• Maintain market and competitive monitoring dashboard.
• Monitoring and organizing key metrics based on available research for company trackers.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to generate strategic and actionable insights.
• Research and Survey
• Independently handling preparation of the research, execution, and reporting for both external and internal research. External meaning survey is conducted with research vendors/agencies.
• Ensuring the quality of the research brief is aligned with company objectives and direction.
• Ensuring the quality of research results/findings/recommendations.
• Operational Excellence
• Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned area delivery.
• Be the champion of customer voices and most updated with market trends.
• Independently handle stakeholders’ discussion/meeting/request.
• Leading/coaching/directing team members to ensure the quality of the result.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of experience in Consumer Market Research and/or Travel Industry especially of Online Travel Agent (at least 1 year of experience in managing team/people as a team leader).
• Graduated from reputable universities majoring in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant fields.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategy and innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Have high attention to detail. Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• English fluency is a must (written and verbal).
