Community Management (Shooting Game)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with several team functions to create contents
• Define strategies and initiatives to grow the number of user base for relevant social media channels and deliver accordingly
• Define strategies and initiatives to keep people engaged with the community and content for relevant social media channels and deliver accordingly
• Be able to localize content and operate as per the product’s marketing strategies
• Be able to handle community crisis
• Define content strategy for the social media channels
• Manage team of the community to deliver initiatives as planned
• Monitor channels performance and report
• Actively seek for mass trends in the market and customize to the channels

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a community management (preferably)
• Experience launching community initiatives
• Sense of understanding community preference and of catching trends in the market
• Strong leadership skill and initiator
• High sense of ownership
• Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent writing skills in English and Thai
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
