    Position Details

    Key Responsibility:


    As a ACSS Collection Management in a debt collection agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the debt collection process, ensuring efficient and effective recovery of outstanding debts for our clients while maintaining positive customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to:


    • Strategy Development: Develop strategic plans and goals to optimize debt collection and improve rates in alignment with the company's objectives.
    • Account Management: Analyze delinquent accounts, client’s business, and identify trends to optimize collection processes.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs such as collection rates and take proactive measures to address deviations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance collection efficiency.
    • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations governing debt collection practices, including fair practices and personal data protection.
    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, handling inquiries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.
    • Technology Utilization: Leverage collection software, tools, and CRM systems to enhance efficiency in managing and tracking collection activities.
    • Team Development: Lead, coach and provide clear guidelines to collection teams to ensure adequate skills and developments to maximize their performance.


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in debt collection management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a financial services or collections environment.
    • Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using debt collection software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
    • Business proficient in English.
