Job description:

• Control the entire process of civil construction quality within the scope of responsibility;
• Overall control of construction safety within the scope of responsibility;
• Overall control of construction progress within the scope of responsibility;
• Control the construction costs within the scope of responsibility;
• Overall control of technology within the scope of responsibility
• Manage the construction archives within the scope of responsibility;
• Coordinate the relationships between owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and other parties;
• Responsible for handling on-site technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in related field.
• More than 5 years experiences in construction engineering, civil construction management, overseas project experience is preferred;
• Familiar with civil construction management and engineering structure knowledge, familiar with engineering construction project procedures;
• Familiar with construction technology, quality standards, implementation of the construction industry laws and regulations;
• Strong on-site construction organization ability and communication, coordination and management ability;
• Strong sense of responsibility, have a strong sense of team cooperation.
• Bilingual candidate (English and Thai) is preferred
