[Chubb Life] Manager, Pricing

A. Technical Pricing (40%)
+  Involving in designing new product pricing approaches to manage risk, profitability, and competitive market position.
+  Building Pricing model for new products. Ensure accuracy and robustness in technical pricing
+  Preparing Product Submission Documents for Regional Offices.
+  Preparing MOF Product Submission Document from Actuarial side including Technical note, Terms and Conditions.

B. System Implementation (40%)
+  Preparing Operational Spec for new products
+ Take lead in the system implementation of new products. Working closely with other teams to set up the product to the system
+ Take lead not only for back-end system (Chubb's eBao) but also for front-end system (partners' system)

C. Compensation Designing (10%)
+ Designing Compensation Scheme for partners.

D. Others (10%)
+ Conduct data analysis
+ Involve in experience studies and profitability analysis.
+ Other ad-hoc project per request

Qualifications

+ University graduate in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics or Finance
+ Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in life insurance industry and at least 3 years in product pricing
+ Data analysis is required
+ Excellent problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills, especially negotiation and communication/presentation skills are necessary
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and VBA.
