Call Center Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Coordinate with various departments to assist and facilitate customers.
• Record customer contact information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
