Investigate quality problems to make improvements to provide better prevention.
Maintain and manage the Quality Management System (IATF 16949).
Confirm the Quality standard per customer requirement.
Supporting the Quality Manager on new projects and coordinating with laboratories, test reports, etc. with the global team overseas.
Provide the training and certification of the operator under the Quality Management System.
Coordinate with related persons in resolving quality problems and in analyzing these problems for continuous improvement.
Analyze quantitative data and plan for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
Good command of English (writing, speaking, listening, and reading), able to communicate effectively (TOEIC score: 500 up).
Skills
Knowledge of IATF 16949 , Tire regulation, and Quality tools.
Good in MS application, programming, and testing development.
Able to solve problems by utilizing 8D and why-why analysis.
Data analyst by creating and managing dashboards, reports, and data models that provide insights and support decision-making processes using Python, Power BI, and Tableau programs.
