Senior Software Engineer

Required Skills:

• Backend Systems: 3+ years of experience working on backend systems, with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance.
• Python Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Python, with a focus on writing clean, readable, and scalable code. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and IO concepts, particularly in Python.
• Trading Systems: Experience building and maintaining core trading systems or financial products.
• Financial Knowledge: Basic financial knowledge with a strong interest in the cryptocurrency and finance fields. Experience with trading financial products such as margin, derivatives, and futures.
• Problem-Solving: Creative, self-driven, and flexible problem solver with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Quantitative Background: Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative fields.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain basics and experience using decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Fintech and HFT Experience: Experience in fintech or high-frequency trading environments, particularly with streaming data such as orderbook and trade matches, reacting to data events, trading signal generation, and order execution systems
• Strategy Development: Familiarity with developing and maintaining algorithmic trading strategies, including backtesting and optimization.
