Required skills:
Domain expertise in Sales and Distribution
Should have thorough knowledge on Sales Order Management , Delivery processing, Transportation management, Invoice processing.
Output Management - through EDI, FILE transfer, Mail, PDF forms. Scripts, Smart forms.
Very Good Knowledge in Idoc processing, Error handling and IDOC mapping knowledge
Very Good experience in Job setups, process and Job error analysis
Strong experience in Delivery, Shipments, Picking , packing , WM interface topics,
Pricing: Configuration, error analysis.
Credit Management, Availability check, Revenue recognition, Credit/Debit Memo
Processing, Sales Returns, Free of charge delivery, Intercompany, STO, Billing
Handling incident, service requests and problem tickets in SAP SD. Ability to do configuration, master data changes, end-to-end process flow
Abap Debugging skills preferred
Very good knowledge in LSMW.
Cross module : CS,MM,FICO, PP,APO, GTS knowledge is an added advantage
SAP S/4 Sales process understanding and good exposure.
Special business processes – 3rd Party / Consignments / Returns
Desired Skills:
SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, S/4 Hana, ITIL certification
Language: very good written and spoken English skills
General skills:
At least 4 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
Excellent problem-solving, consulting and decision-making skills.
Handling incident, problem tickets, service and change request in SAP SD.
Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills - Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
