Associate PMO Supply Chain - Operations, Shopee

• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain projects with relevant departments (Operations, Marketing, BD, etc.).

• Support day-to-day execution, facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-up.

• Assist in executing improvement initiatives in inventory and demand planning, operation process efficiency and delivery cost and lead time optimization.

• Visit operational sites to support launch phases, monitor daily progress, and report bottlenecks.

• Support in collecting and analyzing operational data to create performance reports.

• Prepare dashboards, track KPIs, and summarize findings for stakeholders.

• Do other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination.

• Familiar with supply chain processes and able to collaborate across functions.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management.

• Comfortable working on-site and under tight deadlines.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.
