Drive projects to grow buyer’s spend on Shopee, which includes identifying, driving, and managing growth initiatives
Understand different buyer segments and their needs/pain points to continually refine our hypothesis on how we can gain a greater share of buyer’s spending
Work across Shopee functions (e.g. Business Development, Operations) and SEA entities (e.g. Monee, Shopeefood, Garena) to realize common growth opportunities that create more value to our buyers
Work with peers across teams and present findings to senior leaders
Deploy strategy toolkit of structured problem-solving, analytics, and executive communications
Support CEO agenda by tackling strategic questions that emerge from management meetings (e.g. opportunity sizing)

3-5 years of professional experience, previous consulting, strategy, investment banking, or business intelligence-related experience preferred
Previous E-commerce knowledge is preferable
Experience with SQL, Tableau or other data analysis tools
