Assistant Project Manager, Warehouse & 3PL Operations

1. Project management: Drive strategic project to integrate warehouse & 3PL operation as part of Shopee direction to improve end-to-end lead time and cost savings, increase supplier satisfaction & expand new service line for warehouse

•  Study & Analyze: Conduct detailed assessments & evaluate feasibility of projects following leadership's direction.

• Project proposal: Develop full proposal, including opportunity and detail feasibility & implementation plan with alignment from stakeholders.

• Execution & Monitoring: Lead the implementation of these initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. The PMO is expected to be on hand with floor implementation to guarantee smooth execution & result delivery.

2. Performance management: Overviewing key performance metrics of warehouse service, chairing meeting cadence to review performance and influence stakeholders for actionable plan to improve

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or supply chain management ideally within an e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics environment. Supply chain background, especially in the field of network planning is preferred.

• Good problem solving, project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to draw insights from data & define analytic approaches to prove business impacts.
