Assist with administrative tasks for business operations: schedule appointments, organize meetings, prepare documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on post-meeting action items.
Manage, store, and update records, contracts, reports, customer data, and other business-related documents.
Assist in preparing documents for quotations, promotional programs, or commercial contracts.
Support the preparation of sales reports, track progress toward sales targets, and compile and analyze data as required.
Participate in developing and improving administrative processes and working regulations within the Sales Department to enhance operational efficiency.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in the agriculture and food industry.
Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a preference for candidates skilled in data processing and compilation.
Strong organizational, time management, and task-tracking skills.
Careful, proactive, and dynamic.
