Account Receivable Officer

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile incoming payments
• Generate and send out invoices
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
