1. Develop the main S-Curve work plan, sub-plans, and various expedited plans.
2. Review construction contracts, bid proposals, and construction drawings, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
3. Calculate quantities and gather comparative pricing information for all materials to order for the site.
4. Establish quality control procedures for every stage of construction.
5. Attend meetings with relevant internal and external parties.
6. Prepare and present Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports to management.
7. Plan work, control budgets, and manage construction projects and resources.
8. Assess risks and prevent potential problems within the project.
9. Verify disbursements for suppliers and contractors.

คุณสมบัติหลัก

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Architecture.
2. At least 5 years of experience in construction related to the real estate business.
3. Knowledge of planning and determining proper operational guidelines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Leadership qualities and a willingness to work responsibly.
6. Excellent and quick problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure.
