Webmaster

Responsibilities:

• Implement planned activities and campaigns on time.
• Update and maintain content on www.central.co.th and within Central App
• Ensure the functionality and efficiency of Central Online to drive conversion to sales.
• Troubleshoot CMS issues and ensure that tools are functioning properly for the team’s use.
• Debug pages, fix broken links or images and submit tickets.
• Track, monitor and analyze site performance to optimize user experience and improve conversion metrics.
• Document project status and content processes, as well as create tool manuals.
• Encourage and facilitate a consistent, creative, and unified web/app experience.
• Improve content processes to ensure cost effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Keep up to date on best practices and emerging developments in web and app design, development, and technology.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, IT or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with content management systems (Magento, AEM)
• Working knowledge of programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and operating systems
• Proactive with a passion to drive and find new solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• A data-driven mindset with outstanding organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
