(Senior) Product Manager, Zalo PC

• Drive the planning and review of Comm/VAS features on Zalo PC, including but not limited to:

  • Communication core and chat responsiveness;

  • Generation of 4K thumbnail previews for media;

  • Send & forward message flow;

  • Web-based product enhancement;

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to bring features to life from concept to launch;

• Lead ideation and innovation processes to improve user experience and value delivery;

• Integrate user research, usability studies, and data insights into product decisions;

• Define and track success metrics to ensure continuous product improvement;

• Understand Zalo’s competitive positioning and help define product direction for PC platforms;

• Maximize team efficiency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

👾 What you will need

• Proven experience leading a product team, ideally in consumer tech or messaging platforms;

• Experience building and scaling user-facing products for a large user base;

• Familiarity with feature management and end-to-end product lifecycle;

• Knowledge of Comm/VAS-related domains and responsiveness in real-time communication;

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative, user-first mindset;

• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies;

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, and product management;

• Excellent communication skills and a logical, structured thinking approach.
