Mall Project Management Associate

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring Mall initiatives to improve business

• Track project milestones, deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth execution

• Analyze performance data, highlight trends and risks, and propose actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and problem-solving

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate project performance and business impact.

• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to maximize project impacts and enhance efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, consulting or similar role.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, ability to structure and interpret data

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
