Sales Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Joint responsible with store manager to uphold daily operational issue
• Daily coaching in/ out of subordinates
• Sales target planning (Daily planning)
• Achieving daily/monthly store target
• Leadership and delegating ability Training of SA/ SSA (one- to-one training/products knowledge)
• Using coaching cards to provide training
• Providing relevant feedback in products/ promotions/ staffs development and retention
• Transferring knowledge in Sales approach/ customer service - Upholding Stay GOLD approach
• Complex cashiering role – voiding/ exchanging etc.
• Stock requisition from merchandiser
• VP judgments/ decision making
• Managing customer’s feedback and providing advice

Qualification

• Male/Female Thai nationality age between 20 - 35 years old
• Vocational Certificate or more
• Three years experience in the fashion, retail business or any business field
• Good computer skill about MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Internet)
• English and Chinese proficiency in business level
• Able to work at shop in department store
• Good relationship, service mind and good problem solving
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, self motivated, well-organized, and good discipline
