Regional Life Sciences Medical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the medical marketing program to build, develop, and establish Gatorade in the medical channel to meet both GSSI and market-specific objectives in both Philippines and Korea.
• Provide technical expertise to guide the design and development of beverage innovations & renovations by collaborating with x-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Corporate Affairs) including the translation of nutritional science into product claims and communications.
• Lead the technical development and implementation of brand strategy, product concept, and communication roadmap with MKT lead on sport drink/hydration, energy drink, and other social beverages.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the sport drink/hydration and energy drink subject matter expert both internal and external in Asia BU including professional sponsorships, academic collaborations, promotional activities, and tradeshow.
• Provide direction and final approval for all communication assets as part of ACC (Asia Claim Council) in partnership with MKT and sales teams.
• Take accountability as a critical team player in the R&D innovation project to develop medical science guidance, translate the science into product concept & messages, and support the identification of pep+/DI complied product opportunity for future growth of beverage portfolio in Asia BU.

Qualifications

• Holding 3-5 years of experience supporting R&D and MKT to develop innovative products and prepare claim substantiations for advertisement board submission both online and on-pack channels.
• Holistic thinking and practicing, creating shared vision, multi-stakeholder coordination/aligning, trust building, team working, networking, effective communication to both R&D colleagues and business partners to drive effective and coherent medical nutrition agenda.
