Project Manager, Corporate Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and performance.

• Facilitate transparent and effective communication among teams, management, and external partners.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges, and resolutions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-performance results.

• Assign tasks and monitor team members’ progress to ensure efficient workflow.

• Foster a collaborative, proactive, and positive team culture.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor risk factors and implement contingency plans as needed.

• Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain high standards for project deliverables and outcomes.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Promote continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion

• Exceptional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including MS Excel and Pivot

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
