Product Manager

What You Do

• Establish marketing plan including competitive tactics and selling message to increase market share, profits and achieve sales target.
• Managed sales portfolio of Thyroid in both hospital and OTC channel (Mainly focus on hospital Channel) by co-operated with sales team.
• Develop marketing plan and creates innovate marketing strategies, implementation, and tracking for responsible products including new drug launch success.
• Responsible to manage sales promotion efficiently and according to plan. 
• Develop key marketing message and educational promotional materials / Brochure / advertising program /booth exhibition to enhance brand promised.
• Collaboratively work with regional and global team to drive portfolio growth and align with company strategic direction.
• Build strong relationship with key opinion leaders and target physicians.
• Provide product knowledge / Set up monthly product training for sales team and develop them in terms of product presentation to our customers.
• Able to drive data & digital initiatives to engage with key stakeholders to create product differentiation and Thyroid brand of 1st choice in KOL and key users.
• Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by review and adjust demand forecast.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Ensures all business activities comply with all relevant regulations and company code of conduct.
• To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE), special situations or other pharmacovigilance information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures.
• To obtain and compile the information regarding the receiving complaint and transfer to quality manager.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science background; MBA, Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent command in English (Listening, speaking, and writing) and Thai.
• At least 1-2 years of product management experience and sales experience is required with proven record of achievement.
• Have a very strong and clear communication, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated, efficiently and effectively work under pressure and open minded for constructive feedback, demonstration sense of urgency.
• Good at persuasion and negotiation with internal and external multi-stakeholders
• Able to analyses complex data, collective KOLs, user’s opinions & behaviors and look for trends in the market.
• Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, pragmatic, communications capabilities (both written and verbal), good command of English and computer skills (MS-Office programs).
