    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between RedFynn Technologies and our clients, managing the relationship from the initial engagement through to post-implementation support. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by understanding their business needs and providing ongoing value.
    • Strategic Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering strategic advice on how to leverage our POS systems to achieve their goals.
    • Customized Solution Delivery: Oversee the customization and deployment of POS systems tailored to each client’s unique requirements, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process.
    • Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of internal resources and teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Technical Guidance: Provide clients with expert advice on system integration, upgrades, and enhancements, helping them to continuously optimize their operations.
    • Ongoing Support: Monitor the performance of installed POS systems, proactively addressing any issues and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    • Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades that could benefit the client, and manage contract renewals to ensure continued partnership.
    • Client Training and Development: Ensure that clients are fully trained and comfortable with their POS systems, offering additional training sessions as needed to maximize their use of the technology.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review and analyze system performance data to provide clients with insights that help them make informed decisions about their operations.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Support teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role sales role, within the Point of Sale (POS) or related technology industry.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships, with a track record of maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Strong technical knowledge of POS systems and related technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
    • Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within scope.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly sheets, for data analysis and client reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
    • A BS degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus, though not required.
