Mid Level UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Design visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for Web3 applications, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Work closely with the head of product, product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Ensure designs align with our brand identity and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all digital platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate the design vision and functionality for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, Web3 technologies, and design best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Whimsical, and others.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, with a focus on Web3 or tech
• products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design
• decisions and rationale effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
• Background in designing financial applications is a major plus.
